Amazon India on Wednesday announced the launch of Amazon Academy to help students preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) for admission to engineering colleges.
The online preparation offer will provide students with in-depth knowledge and practice through Maths, Physics, Chemistry in JEE-prepared teaching material, live lectures and comprehensive evaluation. The beta version of Amazon Academy will be available free on the web and the Google Play Store.
At the time of launch, Amazon Academy will offer students a range of resources preparing for JEE, including mock tests specifically designed by industry experts.
Speaking on the occasion, Amol Gurwara, president of Education at Amazon India stated, "The aim of Amazon Academy is to provide high quality affordable education for all students, including those preparing for engineering entrance examinations." Our mission is to help students achieve their results, and to empower teachers and content partners to reach millions of students. Our priority has been on quality of content, intensive learning analytics and student experience. This will help engineering aspirants to prepare better for JEE and achieve success in it. ”
