The Delhi Police has identified the producers and editors of the 'toolkit' document, which includes Disha Ravi, Nikita Jacob, Puneet and Shantanu.

The 'toolkit', police claimed, was designed to allegedly defame the country and spoil the environment by weaponising the issue of farmers' agitation.

Disha has been arrested in this case while the police have issued a non-bailable warrant against Nikita Jacob and Shantanu.

Joint Commissioner of Police (Cyber) Prem Nath, claimed in a press conference on Monday that the hashtag was fixed for Twitter Storm at this meeting and the entire plan was made.

Police said that these people wanted to propagate as much as possible.

He said that the 'toolkit' conspiracy involved the 'pro-Khalistani' group Poetic Justice Foundation.

The 'toolkit' was created in January to intensify the agitation. The plan was to take it abroad and also target the Indian embassies, police claimed.

He said that Disha Ravi has been arrested in this case and the search for three is on.

In this case, the police has issued a non-bailable warrant against Nikita Jacob and Shantanu.

Delhi Police said on January 11, Nikita, Shantanu Jacob, Disha and others attended a zoom meeting.

The meeting was conducted by the Poetic Justice Foundation.

The 'toolkit' document was prepared after this zoom meeting.

Mr Nath said Disha Ravi had delivered the 'toolkit' document to climate activist Greta Thunberg via the Telegram app. Apart from this, Disha Ravi had also formed a WhatsApp group to spread that toolkit among others. The group was later deleted. Nikita Jacob was one of the editors of the 'toolkit' document. Along with Disha Ravi and Nikita Jacob, Shantanu created a 'toolkit' and sent it to others.

Significantly, on February 4, the Cyber Cell of Delhi Police filed an FIR against unknown people who prepared the 'toolkit' documents under various sections.

This 'toolkit' was mistakenly shared by climate activist Greta Thunberg, supporting farmers' agitation along the borders of Delhi against three new agricultural laws.

Earlier in the day, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal came out in support of climate activist Disha Ravi who was arrested in the 'toolkit' document case and said supporting farmers is not a crime and termed her arrest an 'unprecedented attack' on Democracy.

'Arrest of 21 yr old Disha Ravi is an unprecedented attack on Democracy. Supporting our farmers is not a crime,' Mr Kejriwal said in a tweet.

Congress leaders--Rahul Gandhi and Jairam Ramesh also came out in support of climate activist Disha Ravi.

Reacting to the arrest of climate activist Disha Ravi, Mr Gandhi in a tweet said, 'India won’t be silenced.'

'The arrest and the manner of arrest of green activist Disha Ravi shows clearly the intensifying Murder Of Democracy in India. But the young in India cannot be silenced. More power to them!' Congress leader Jairam Ramesh said in a tweet.

The cyber cell team of Delhi Police had arrested Ravi from Bengaluru on Saturday for her alleged involvement in creating the 'toolkit' related to farmers' protests against three agricultural laws.

'She is one of the editors of the 'toolkit' and the key conspirator in the matter of formulation and dissemination of the document,' a police official said.
