Possibility of splattering with hail or thunderstorms in the next two days in the region

Northwest region received drizzle or light rain somewhere in the last twenty four hours. There is a possibility of splattering with hail or thunderstorms in the next two days.

According to the weather center, on December 14 and 15, there is a possibility of dense shade in the area. In the last twenty four hours, there was light rain in some places including Amritsar, Gurdaspur and minimum mercury increased in the remaining part due to which mercury of Chandigarh, Ambala, Karnal, Sirsa, Rohtak, Bathinda was 11 degree, Ludhiana 12 degree, Patiala 12 degree respectively. Hisar 10 degree, Narnaul 10 degree, Bhiwani's mercury was nine degree.

Light rain occurred somewhere in Punjab, due to which the mercury of Amritsar was eight degrees, Gurdaspur was 11 degrees. Pathankot was 10 degrees, Adampur nine degrees, Faridkot 10 degrees, Halwara was also 10 degrees. Delhi's mercury was 10 degrees and Jammu's mercury was 10 degrees.

Himachal Pradesh received rains and snowfall at some places. The mercury of Shimla was seven degrees, Manali five degrees, Una nine degrees, Solan six degrees, Kalpa one degree, Bhuntar eight degrees, Dharamsala six degrees, Sundernagar six degrees.
