Real Estate Regulation Act (RERA) has also come into force in the newly formed Union Territory of Ladakh.
Durga Shankar Mishra, Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, gave this information in a tweet on Monday. He said, “I am very happy to say that Ladakh has become the 34th state or union territory to implement RERA. Its notification has been issued. "
Rera was issued notification on October eight in Ladakh apply and will it start a new way of developing the real estate sector.
