Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the country's first driverless train on the Delhi Metro's Magenta Line (Janakpuri West - Botanical Garden), as well as the National Common Mobility Card Service on Airport Express Line Will start through video conference. The National Common Mobility Card, which operates fully on the Airport Metro, will also be another major achievement, with 23 banks from any part of the country in recent past 18 months (following the NCMC as directed by Department of Financial Services, Government of India) )) Any person holding RuPay - Debit Card issued by him will be able to travel on the Airport Express Line using that card. This facility will be available on the entire Delhi Metro network by the year 2022.

At present, Delhi Metro is about 390 km. The train operates on a long network, with 285 stations on 11 corridors (including Noida-Greater Noida). Nearly 60 lakh journeys were carried out daily before the Kovid transition on the Delhi Metro network, making this network the backbone of mass transport in the National Capital Region.
